We accept returns for complete refund 14 calendar days after delivery, or for exchange/store credit 30 calendar days after delivery. Please make sure to email us at orders@thislife.org so that we can process your preferred return method as soon as possible. Then just ship your item(s) with the original packing slip to:

You are responsible for shipping costs on returns for undamaged items; if you'd like an exchange, your replacement item will ship on us. We ship all exchanges using USPS First Class.
